This option is for luxury homes, mansions and estates exceeding 5,001 sq.ft and up to 7,500 sq.ft.

TRAVEL POLICY: I offer complimentary travel for all listings within a 20km radius of the Kipling & Rexdale area (Etobicoke). For properties located outside this service zone, the following flat rate applies.
Zone 1 (0–20km): Included / FREE
Zone 2 (21–40km): $30 Flat Fee
Zone 3 (41–60km): $55 Flat Fee
Zone 4 (60km+): Please contact for a custom quote.
Getting Your Media :Once your shoot is complete and edited, you will receive a preview link. Final high-resolution downloads will be released immediately upon receipt of E-Transfer payment.
